I focus on improving athleticism by developing your speed, strength, agility, and body control.
I also place a huge emphasis on joint mobility. All of my sessions include mobility exercises and assisted stretch therapy to optimize my athlete's range of motion and joint health. Prepare your body to perform on the field, and in life.
I developed a love for sport and exercise at an early age, playing competitive hockey and soccer in the Toronto area. This passion grew into an interest in human movement and exercise science, and I went on to receive my bachelor degree in Kinesiology at Brock University. I have completed courses in human anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, high-performance training, taping and wrapping, sports psychology and more! Since my degree, I have attained a coaching certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association which is a respected authority in the exercise industry around the world. Most recently I have become certified as a Fascial Stretch Therapist. I am always working toward my career in athlete development and rehabilitation.
