Learn to Train

Work on building an aerobic base and core foundation for movement, develop fundamental movement skills. Athletes will be introduced to different training techniques to develop speed, agility, strength, flexibility, and more.

Intro to Weight Training

Designed around Canada’s Long-Term Athlete Development Plan, this program will help develop proper motor patterns, introducing young athletes to strength training and free-weights, as well as conditioning.

  • Grades 9 - 12

  • Wednesdays 3:30 - 4:30 pm

  • Monarch Park Stadium

High-Performance Training

Private training gives young athletes the individualized attention and custom training strategies they need to excel. Starting with a movement screening and strength test, we will develop a custom program to help high-performance athletes reach their goals.
